The rooms itself are simply furnished with all that's necessary. Every room has a twin-burner stove, a few pans, tableware, cutlery and a coffee machine. You won't need much more, for who wants to cook extensively when the Faliron restaurant is just down the stairs? Furthermore every room has a table and a couple of chairs and the 2-room apartments also have an extra armchair. And beds with linen of course. The charwoman comes six days a week to clean the rooms, make up the beds and regularly change towels. Every room has it's own bathroom equiped with shower and toilet. There's also airconditioning available in every room, charged at a small daily rate if you'd like to use it, and that's definitely no superfluous luxury in the summertime. The complex has marble floors, which is wonderfully cooling to bare feet on hot days. The four rooms on the street side are similar to the rooms on the sea side. These rooms are situated on G. Averof Street with lots of shops, restaurants and activity by tourists and locals to watch from your balcony. At night the street is brilliantly illuminated and inviting you to join the fun!

Faliron has ten apartments. Six apartments have a marvellous sea view. There are beautiful sunrises and sunsets to see! Across the water you'll see Turkey's Bodrum and large Ferries come to the harbour of Kos every day. It's always nice to watch all the activity at the pier from your own balcony. Every morning at dawn it's great to watch sailing boats and yachts set sail.
