Faliron has the oldest restaurant of Kos. This family restaurant is known for the fabulous quality of the dishes along with the friendly atmosphere. All of this combined with the location directly at the sea, with their own small strip of beach, and a magnificent view up to Turkey's Bodrum makes Faliron a true culinary paradise.

All recipes have once been invented and worked out by Sifis, who accurately defined the taste of the dishes as well as how they should be served. He's definitely Chef de cuisine and even though Faliron has a good cook you'll see Sifis in the kitchen quite often to caress the taste buds of the customers.

The restaurant's personnel is very customer directed and you can depend on them to grant nearly all your wishes whenever possible. They're friendly, attentive and always ready for a chat and a joke. The relaxed atmosphere makes everyone feel at home swiftly.
